The belt holds my inguinal hernia in well. As with all belts if I am too adventurous with my movement I need to re adjust but far less often than with my previous trusses.

Came with no instructions. Is uncomfortable to wear. Made to fit very large people with far too much velcro. Was bought to help with hernia.

I bought this hernia belt to manage my condition, and it's alright. The double-sided design is unique, but I find it a bit bulky. It offers some support, but I was expecting more.
